Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Moonstrive Media is committed to providing high-quality, organic music promotion services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our refund policy with our clients’ flexibility in mind.

 

 

Full Refunds:

 

Clients are entitled to a full refund (100%) if we determine we cannot work with the video or track from the beginning of the promotion process. The 10% service fee does not apply in these cases.

 

 

 

Partial Refunds:

 

For promotions that have commenced, if a client decides to cancel or if we cannot fulfill the promotion as planned, partial refunds will be calculated based on the portion of the service yet to be delivered. The calculation for partial refunds considers the services rendered until the point of cancellation, minus a 10% service fee for the work already completed. For example, if a client orders a promotion package but chooses to cancel after partial completion, they will be refunded for the undelivered portion of the service minus the service fee.

 

Specifically, if a promotion is terminated early by the client or due to unforeseen limitations on Moonstrive Media’s part, we will coordinate the removal of your song from any active playlists and issue a refund for the unused duration of your promotion, less a 10% service fee.

 

 

Promotion Adjustment:

 

If the results of the promotion do not align with the initially agreed scope but are within the expected variability of organic promotion outcomes, Moonstrive Media reserves the right to optimize and adjust the promotional efforts to achieve the minimum guaranteed scope. However, if results significantly deviate from the promised scope without reaching the minimum expected outcomes, we will engage in efforts to boost the promotion to meet the agreed-upon expectations.
